Heart pounding in her ears, she crept through the passage, praying that she wouldn't be discovered. The tension mounted as she heard footsteps approaching from the other direction. She pressed herself against the wall, hoping to blend into the shadows. But the footsteps kept coming, closer and closer...
Just as she thought she'd be caught, the footsteps stopped, and she heard a low whisper. "She's gone," a voice said. "She must have found a way out."
Ninja Head froze, her heart pounding in her chest. Had they discovered her escape route already? Slowly, she peeked around the corner, her eyes scanning the darkness for any sign of movement. The coast seemed clear. With a silent prayer of thanks, she slipped through the passage and into the night, free at last from the clutches of the futa prison.
